WCAG checklist & findings (accordion)

Issues found: low contrast in hero CTAs, missing alt text on decorative images, non-descriptive link labels. Recommended fixes with code snippets and design tokens provided.

Findings: inconsistent focus order, some interactive widgets not reachable via keyboard. We provide a remediation checklist and test cases for QA.

Observations: form controls without labels, improper ARIA roles. Remediation includes pattern-library examples and suggested automated tests.
